Your right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason.
Ukrainika is digital content. At checkout you ask for access straight away and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once you start. The right therefore ends when you first open a module of a level you bought. Until then, and within the 14 days, you can withdraw.
How to withdraw
The easiest way: log in and open your purchases. Choose Withdraw from contract here next to the purchase and confirm. We refund you straight away and confirm the withdrawal by email.
You can also tell us in any other clear way that you withdraw, for example through the help form in your account or by post to Contenza K/S, Holmgade 8, 6430 Nordborg, Denmark. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days are over.
Refund
We refund everything you paid without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used. You pay no fees for the refund. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days to appear. The levels of that purchase are closed again; everything free stays open.
If something is wrong
If a level does not work or is not as described, tell us through the help form and we will put it right. If we cannot, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund under consumer law. This applies whether or not your right of withdrawal has ended.
